About Me

Therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment.

Life comes with challenges, whether it’s navigating relationships, managing stress, or working through past experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore what’s on your mind and gain the tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience working with teens, adults, seniors, and couples. I provide therapy for a wide range of concerns, including stress management, relationship challenges, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, fertility and postpartum, substance use, and life transitions.

I strive to create a space where you feel valued and accepted for who you truly are. My goal is to help you embrace your own story while equipping you with the tools to navigate life’s challenges. I bring a down-to-earth, warm, and supportive presence to each session, always meeting you where you are with honesty, compassion, and zero judgment.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family, dancing, hiking, reading, cooking, and enjoying the arts. As a practicing Buddhist, I find joy in chanting for the happiness of others and worldwide peace.

My Real Life

Outside of therapy, my greatest joy is being a mom. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I cherish the time I spend with my loved ones. Whether it’s sharing everyday moments or creating special memories, being a mother is the most meaningful part of my life.
